Safety

SCC automatically adjusts to maintain the driver’s pre-set speed and to keep a safe distance from the vehicle traveling directly ahead. Meanwhile, HDA can control the vehicle’s steering, acceleration, and deceleration function on highways where information is available. The K5’s Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) helps detect potential collisions and automatically apply the brakes in a variety of circumstances.
